О том, как выбрать подходящую конфигурацию 1С для вашего бизнеса.
Хочется внести немного ясности и, по возможности, помочь в правильном выборе конфигурации 1С, которая будем вам служить надежным помощником в ведении вашего бизнеса.
Занимаясь внедрением 1С на различных организациях с разными сферами деятельности я часто сталкиваюсь с интерестными феноменами. Работающие уже не один год в 1С "прожженные" бухгалтера, знающие каждую запятую и назначение в плане счетов, при вопросе "в какой 1С вы работаете" - отвечают "В восьмерке". (да, это не правильный ответ :)
Если вкратце, то с чем работают пользователи - это конфигурация 1С (бухгалтерия, управление торговлей, документооборот), которая уже сама по себе работает на платформе 1С (7.7, 8.1, 8.3). Так что минимально правильный ответ будет - "1С Бухгалтерия". Ну а у самих конфигураций есть ее версия конфигурации (1.2, 1.3) - это насколько она "свежая".
Так что практически исчерпывающее описание будет, как вариант, - "Я работаю в 1С Бухгалтерия 1.2 на платформе 8"
Как я и писал выше, пользователь взаимодействует именно с конфигурацией. Для него практически нет разницы какая там платформа - это удел уже администраторов 1С или в большей степени - программистов 1С. Так что раз уже мы понимаем с чем будем иметь дело - осталось ответить на реально важный вопрос - как выбрать подходящую именно для вашего бизнеса конфигурацию 1С ?
Конфигураций 1С достаточно много и грубо их можно разделить на:
- типовые - разработанные самой компанией 1С или под ее крылом. Каждая конфигурация нацелена на ведение учета (правильнее сказать - автоматизацию процесса) типовых задач. Закупку товара, расчет зарплаты, расчет прибыли. Подходят в большинстве случаев для отдела по направлению деятельности. В отдел бухгалтерии ставим, что логично, 1С Бухгалтерию, а на торговую точку ставим 1С Розница. Примеры конфигураций - 1С Бухгалтерия, Управление Торговлей, Розница и т.д.
- комплексные - это уже "прокачанные" конфигурации, в которых объеденены функции нескольких типовых конфигураций. Например 1С УТП (Управление Торговым Предприятием) - эта конфигурация объеденяет в себе и 1С УТ (управление торговлей) в которой менеджера продают, кладовщики списывают, и 1С Бухгалтерию, в которой ведется четкий бухгалтерский и налоговый учет. Примеры - 1С УТП, 1С УПП
- отраслевые - специальные конфигурации, написанные под особенности какой-то отрасли. например в 1С Швейное Производство есть специальные документы для описания кроя одежды
- прикладные - море других конфигураций, включающих и инструменты для корпоративного ведения документации (1С Документооборот) и специально написанных для помощи программистам (1С Конвертация данных)
Большие организации, работающие с учетом уже не один год, с течением опыта уже сами видят направление учета и понимают в сторону какой конфигурации им смотреть. Они имеют большой штат сотрудников и возможность выделять ресурсы. В большинстве случаев на них "трудится" или чтото-из комплексных решений (Например 1С УПП - Управление Производтственным Предприятием) или используют еще более гибкие схемы, когда в бухгалтерии установлена 1С Бухгалтерия и 1С ЗуП (Зарплата и правление персоналом), на складе 1С УТ а на магазинах 1С Розница и все эти системы автоматически постоянно обмениваются информацией.
Более сложно разобраться с всей этой горой начинающему бизнесу. Мало того что на ваши плечи упала гора вопросов по вашему направлению, так еще и нужно понять как все это учитывать и в чем?
Пересмотрев много конфигураций мой совет для малого бизнеса - если вам не нужна именно строгая бухгалтерская отчетность прямо с 1С (а она вам 99% не нужна) - используйте 1С УНФ (Управление Небольшой Фирмой). Удобство этой конфигурации в том что в ней есть базовый функционал для практически любой сферы:
- продажи
- закупки
- выполнение работ
- производство
- учет денег
- расчет зарплаты
- CRM-система с массовыми рассылками почты и СМС
- работа с торговым оборудованием (сканеры штрих-кодов, принтеры этикеток и т.д.)
- интеграция с различными сайтами и интренет-магазинами (например PromUA)
- и т.д.
Рельно очень удобная конфигурация обладает еще одним значимым плюсом - она очень быстро развиваеться и наращивает функционал при этом оставаясь максимально понятной и намного более простой чем большинство других конфигураций 1С.
